With an unwavering commitment to developing its people, KAPODISTRIAS Automotive Parts company continues the second cycle of its Parts Specialist Academy, an innovative training program designed to develop the next generation of professionals for the Independent Automotive Aftermarket.

The Academy brings together young employees who aspire to advance their careers and pursue a future in the demanding field of automotive parts sales. The program includes more than 50 hours of specialized training delivered by experienced instructors and senior KAPODISTRIAS executives.

The curriculum covers a broad range of subjects, including the structure and operation of the global Independent Automotive Aftermarket, industry legislation and terminology, automotive technology, company operating procedures, the effective use of electronic-parts catalogs, customer service excellence, professional sales skills and others.

Upon completion of the program, expected at the end of September, 10 new Parts Specialists will join the KAPODISTRIAS network, significantly strengthening the company at a time when recruiting qualified professionals remains one of the industry's greatest challenges.

Training sessions are conducted at KAPODISTRIAS' modern training facilities. The Academy has been developed based on a comparable U.S. training program, while also incorporating international best practices from leading educational programs abroad. The first Academy was launched four years ago, and its graduates now hold key positions throughout the company's branch network across Cyprus.
