On November 19, 2015, an introductory seminar on the latest clutch technologies was organized by Schaeffler Automotive Aftermarket and Kapodistrias at the premises of Intercollege. The seminar was attended by the Automotive Engineering students of the college and was presented by Mr. George Dellas, Schaeffler’s Technical Services Manager for Southeast Europe. It covered LuK’s technology on the Dual Mass Flywheel, as well as FAG Bearing technology and various applications.

Mr. Constantinos Kapodistrias, our company’s co-Executive Director, as well as Schaeffler’s Commercial Manager for Southeast Europe, Mr. Vasilis Nestoras, attended the seminar and also spoke to the attendees.

The students showed a high level of interest, asked many questions, did some practical work on some of the displays and expressed their satisfaction for having the opportunity to be informed directly by the clutch manufacturer about the latest trends and technologies in the automotive industry.
